Is this REALLY the BEST home search tool available in South Jersey.  You decide: You can: Search ALL of the listings in the most complete database in South Jersey. Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Mercer, Salem counties. Search on all fields. (dozens) Save favorites and receive automatic notification when price changes or photos are added. Name and save your search criteria so you don't have to enter it next time you log on.  (up to10 different searche profiles) Create a property scout that will send you  new listings based on your saved searches. See full detail including all photos and  addresses, room sizes, remarks and more. This VOW (virtual office website) provides for multiple mapping solutions including satellite maps.

VOW Search Screen Tips     Search form TABS:   Basic Tab:  price, BR, Bth, etc            (use sq ft with caution- most  agents don't enter that info                                                                            (except for condos)   Class Type:  Ignore this tab - it is not useful.  Location Tab:  Click "Advanced" and you must select at least    one county (Area)  or one city (City).       Area:  select county              City:  select cities  (wildcard will work in yellow box.. ex   *collin*  will jump to collingswood The codes for the cities are in the table by county below but you don't need them.              Subdivision:  too many to list but if you know the name of the subdivision you can search that subdivision from the basic tab by entering the name.... same with address.. you have to have the city or county they are in selected though.  (partial names work) Display Tab:  2 points: 1. note the one line format at the bottom.... useful for faster searches also at top of search results use (+expand statistics) link to sort by city and subdivision) This is really useful. 2. don't bother with the show office listings button:  This is an exclusive buyer's office (no listings) no dual agency. Advanced Tab Way more info than you need but what you need is there. Note for investors/handypeople:  the "property condition" field will let you look for properties needing "fix up or TLC" it will let others avoid those properties.  Click the + sign to expand the field label to see options. Column headings:     Include: means the features selected MUST be in EACH of the properties found. If you click include townhouse and also click include single home it will not find anything because they are mutually exclusive. To search for just single detached homes use the ADVANCED tab and expand  the "Type"field near the bottom of the list. Select Single/Detached in the Include column.  Include mean "MUST HAVE".       Exclude: Ex if you want a fireplace you should click Exclude (no fireplace). rather than: Include 1 fireplace, 2 fireplace etc.     either/or: this feature applies over the entire list NOT just for the feature expanded. Example: under garage click attached, detached and then under basement click finished and unfinished. The result will be a list of homes with AT LEAST one of those features.   So you see clicking "eat in kitchen" and "garage" in the either or column does not make much sense (unless you expect to not get along with your significant other). The search is across that column but for ALL fields. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Save search: (bottom of search form) select your search criteria (cities, price, basic and advanced features etc) then click save search. Name the search for later use. (up to .10..searches can be named and saved) Run the search from the named searches list at will. Create and save a Property Scout: Scouts will send you an email with listings meeting the criteria in one or more of your saved searches. Name the property scout and select the named searches you want it to run. It will send you new listings that meet the criteria in the saved assigned searches on a daily basis. You can have up to .5... named property scouts.  At the bottom of  the search frame :see  MLS #:      (enter mls# if you know it...all other criteria are ignored. Address:     (enter street address)  Ex you drove around and have a partial address the # and or street name.  partial will work. Subdiv:        (enter subdivision... it will return  all homes listed in the subdivision in the area selected. Low Acres     High Acres    (search for size of lot)
